How to Return an Item and Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

This guide outlines the steps required to return an item purchased directly from the Vibram Official website.

Return Policy and Refunds

You can return any item purchased on our official website and receive a refund in accordance with our policy, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in our Right of Withdrawal policy.

Important Note: At the moment, we do not offer size exchanges. If you require a different size or product, you must return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal Deadline

You must exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days (14 days) from the date you acquired physical possession of the item (i.e., the delivery date).

Return Procedure

The return request process differs slightly depending on whether you purchased the item with a registered account or as a guest:

Option 1: Registered Users (with an Account)

1. Log in to your account on the website.

2. Navigate to the MY ORDERS section.

3. Within the details of the specific order, you will find the return request procedure. Follow the on-screen steps to initiate the return.

Option 2: Guest Users (Not Registered)

1. If you are not registered on the site but wish to return the purchased product, you can access the return request form by clicking on the dedicated link HERE.

2. You will be prompted to enter the required order details (e.g., Order ID and email address) to access the guest return procedure.
